HR Administrator (ERM)

About the role

As our new HR Administrator BeNe, you will be the first point of contact for our line managers, offering advice and support with employee relations, performance management and well-being (200+ employees). You feel comfortable with working in a fast-paced international environment. You easily connect with others and are known as a trusted advisor. You have excellent organizational skills and a can-do mentality. You easily embrace changes and continuously challenge the status quo.

As an HR Administrator, you...

Are part of an HR team and deliver high-quality HR services in accordance with ERM’s HR policies, procedures and programs;
Support the HR BP with the implementation and administrative execution of local employment conditions and policies, such as fleet-maintenance of the lease-cars, pension insurance;
Keep track of employee data management – accurately updating employee details throughout employee lifecycle; ensuring data compliant with GDPR standards; conducting regular audits on data quality;
Provide administrative support to payroll, to include the monthly payroll input and output;
Prepare HR reports from HRIS Workday, Academy and GMS;
Coordinate HR processes e.g. absence management, etc.;
Work in collaboration with wider business areas including Finance and HSEQ;
Will occasionally travel to other offices across the Netherlands and Belgium for HR purposes.

Requirements for the role

You will have a collaborative and positive approach to work;
Some previous experience working within as HR Admin in The Netherlands, preferably within a professional services company;
Performing and rationalizing on higher educated level (“HBO”) either by education or experience;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English;
Proficient in MS Office package (Word, Power Point and Excel) and desirable, but not mandatory, working experience with HRIS Workday;
Desirable experience working with payroll processes and up-to-date knowledge of the Dutch labor legislation and common employment policies.
