As the timeline to comply with the CSRD comes closer for many companies, we are getting more and more questions about this directive. We receive questions about the changes that have happened since the proposal for the directive and the first draft standards were published. But also about the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS), which companies are legally obliged to report in compliance with. Even though these standards are meant to create greater transparency, while making companies resilient and perform better, the requirements are quite demanding and elaborate.
